He's not as famous as Superman and Batman, he didn't have his own TV show, and he's a far cry from being featured in a Hollywood flick but he nevertheless had his share of appearances in the DC Comics universe. He is known as Vibe and his superpower is the ability to give off powerful vibrations or shock waves.

Before embracing his Justice League career, Vibe was known as Paco Ramone, a gang leader in the streets of Detroit. He came into the picture after the original Justice League was disbanded. When news came to Paco that a new Justice League was being formed, he decided to leave his street life and join the crusading superheroes.

Vibe didn't make a good first impression on some of the Leaguers as he caused the group to be entangled in a few gang wars. He was able to show his worth though in various battles against a number of villains and proved invaluable in defeating Despero.

Vibe's superhero career was unceremoniously cut short after he was killed by the minions of a mad scientist. He was placed in a cryogenic chamber and was later brought back to life by villains but his Justice League days were clearly over. Vibe appeared in some episodes of the TV series Justice League Unlimited but never had any major roles.
